General Terms and Conditions
There are various ways of making a purchase. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept major credit card and bank debit card payment. (ie. VISA, Mastercard,) Switch & Delta)
Standard service is by Royal Mail. We normally process and dispatch your order within one or two working days of receipt. Small lightweight items are normally posted first class, larger heavier items 2nd class. Please let us know if the goods are NEEDED URGENTLY. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will inform you of the situation and do our utmost to resolve the problem. As we are sole operators, there may be the odd occasion when due to holidays the turn round of an order could be up to 10 working days in exceptional circumstances.
Please let us know if you would like the goods to be signed for. If your order is for large heavy items and no-one is likely to be home to received the parcel give us an instruction to write on the package (i.e. leave with a neighbour or deposit in a specified place.If you have any concerns about the safety of our site or the transaction process, you could print out the order and send a cheque to Mikes-Eye, Fellorien, Chestnut Hill, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 4LT. or….

If you would prefer to contact Mike or Richard in person, simply pick up the phone and dial 017687 74350 for Mike (if he is out on an assignment either leave a message or try his mobile number 07821626295). Or fax your order to 017687 74350. Please remember he may be in the middle of nowhere and without a signal! Or try phoning Richard on 017687 76458, preferably during the evening. As we are sole operators of the business we apologise if your call is not answered immediately, but will be pleased to return your call as soon as possible.
Any orders made to us by telephone may be dealt with quicker than this website, and any card details destroyed (i.e. shredded and burnt) immediately after the order is processed.
No card details are ever kept by us electronically.
All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling and include the shipping charges to U.K. addresses. If you are shopping from outside the UK please telephone or use the contact us page to email your requirements and we will try to provide a solution. Any transactions will be debited in Sterling and your bank will make the conversion to your local currency, which is then shown on your bank statement. We have no influence on the exchange rate prevailing at the time of purchase.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or SECURE VIA OUR WEB SITE.
